A short list of what this website loads from third parties, and what cookies, if any, are set as a result.

The short version
This site sets no first-party cookies. We do not run analytics, advertising, or tracking scripts of any kind. The only third-party requests the page makes are for typography and runtime libraries, listed below.
What the site loads
- Google Fonts — Fraunces, Instrument Serif, Inter, and JetBrains Mono are fetched from
fonts.googleapis.comandfonts.gstatic.com. This sends your IP address and user agent to Google. Google states it does not set cookies for Google Fonts requests, but the request is still logged. Google's statement. - Three.js and Lenis — the JavaScript libraries that draw the 3D chilli and smooth the scrolling are self-hosted on our own server. No third-party CDN, no cookies set.
- Cal.com — only if you click the "Or book 30 min" button. Cal.com then handles its own cookies under its own policy.
What we do not do
No Google Analytics. No Meta pixel. No TikTok pixel. No HubSpot or Marketo or Segment. No Hotjar or session recordings. No A/B testing. No retargeting. No newsletter pop-ups. No chat widget. No localStorage tracking. The page deliberately ships as little JavaScript as we can manage.
How to control this
Because no cookies are set by this site, there is nothing to opt out of at the page level. If you wish to block third-party requests entirely, your browser's tracking-protection setting and any reputable content blocker (uBlock Origin, Brave, Safari's Intelligent Tracking Prevention) will handle it without breaking the site's core functionality. Typography may fall back to a system serif and sans, which is by design.
Updates
If we ever add a tool that sets cookies, this page will list it before the tool goes live and the homepage will note the change for two weeks.
